Reporting abuse

publink.bio is a link-in-bio platform. We do not host the destination websites that creators link to, and we do not endorse or control their content. If you find a publink.bio page that points to a scam, phishing site, malware, pirated material, or any content that violates our Terms of Service, please report it to us at [email protected]. Include the full publink.bio URL and a short description of the issue. We review reports and may remove links, suspend the profile, or terminate the account.

DMCA copyright takedown

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe a publink.bio page infringes your work, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact publink.bio URL(s) of the material you want removed, so we can locate it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Note that publink.bio typically hosts only a link, not the underlying file. Where the infringing material lives on a third-party site, the most effective takedown is usually directed at that host as well.

Counter-notice

If we remove your content in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. Your counter-notice must identify the removed material, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, provide your contact information, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and include your signature.

Repeat infringers

In line with our Terms of Service, we suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content or otherwise abuse the service.

False reports

Submitting a knowingly false report or takedown notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under applicable law. Please report in good faith.
